Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy
- OHS Management System; creating and structuring appropriate documentation in line with national laws and regulations, international obligations, laws and regulations in the country where the project is carried out, conditions of national and international organizations to which it is a member, specification requirements, expectations of customers and other stakeholders.
- Raising awareness of our employees, subcontractor and supplier company staff through trainings, by allocating all kinds of resources by the senior management within the scope of OHS studies.
- Carrying out the activities of the OHS Policy, by using the equipment/equipment suitable for the work of all employees, in accordance with the relevant procedures and instructions, aware of their responsibilities and in a way that does not harm the environment.
- Providing a safe and healthy work environment to its employees in the center, construction sites and businesses with the OHS culture it has created, minimizing the risk of work accidents and occupational diseases with the precautions it takes.
- The Occupational Health and Safety Policy, which is determined in accordance with the structure and size of OHS risks, is reviewed by the senior management in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety conditions, which change with the relevant legislation, at the Management Review Meetings held every year, and is revised to ensure continuous improvement if necessary.
- Trainings and various announcement methods are used to ensure that the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, which has been put into a written document, is understood and implemented by all company personnel and understood by the social environment.
