As Birleşim Grup, we have tried to become a company that is environment-oriented, technology-based, highly integrated with change, capable of taking quick action and managing sustainable processes on different economic grounds, and I think we have achieved this.
I can say that all of our companies within the Grup have achieved growth even in times of crisis, based on these principles since the day they were founded.
As a Grup, we have a marathon-based structure with high resilience, thanks to the long-term projects we are involved in. The fact that 20 years ago we successfully realized our targeted public offering in such a period is the best indicator of this. This success has made us a much stronger company in 2021 in every respect. I believe it will make us even stronger in the following years.
We have much more responsibility and motivation than before to make this happen. We have made our plans for the coming years in line with new projects, new structuring and inorganic growth. In this context, at the beginning of 2023, we have taken a new step in the field of 'Electricity Generation Contracting' with the participation of Santral Enerji, which has experience in EPC, to the Birleşim Engineering family. With Santral Enerji joining the Birleşim Mühendislik family, we are the only company in Turkey that performs "Mechanical, Electrical and Power Generation Contracting" works under the same roof in "Electricity Generation Contracting" works. I would also like to share that we aim to accelerate our overseas projects with our new representative office opened in Macedonia with Santral Enerji.
