INFORMATION TEXT ON SENDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
This Information Text on Sending Commercial Electronic Messages has been prepared by Erde Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“ERDE”) to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).
Within this scope, the processed personal data, purposes of processing, methods and legal grounds for collecting personal data, parties to whom personal data may be transferred, and your rights as the data subject are outlined below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data, obtained automatically or non-automatically, may be processed by ERDE in its capacity as the data controller to send commercial electronic messages containing promotional and marketing content via SMS, phone calls, emails, and similar communication methods to inform you about the products and services provided by ERDE.
3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected lawfully through forms completed on our website or other methods, in accordance with Article 5/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, based on your explicit consent.
The legal grounds for processing personal data collected from these channels include:
- The explicit consent of the data subject,
- The necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to our domestic suppliers, business partners, third parties providing support services (e.g., SMS, email, phone communication for marketing purposes, advertising companies, software support providers), authorized public institutions, and private individuals or entities authorized by law in accordance with the conditions for transferring personal data outlined in the relevant provisions of KVKK.

Regarding the personal data processed by ERDE, you have the rights listed in Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject. Accordingly, you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with these purposes,
- Learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request the rectification of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately and request notification of this correction to third parties to whom your personal data was transferred,
- Request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions outlined in Article 7 of KVKK and request notification of this erasure or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data was transferred,
- Object to a result derived exclusively from automated processing that adversely affects you,
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests regarding your rights as a personal data subject, along with documents verifying your identity, in writing to Erde Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi at Dudullu Organize Sanayi Bölgesi 1. Cadde No:3, 34776 Ümraniye/Istanbul, via a notary public, through other methods specified in KVKK, or electronically to erdemuhendislik@hs02.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature.
6. Updates to the Information Text
ERDE reserves the right to periodically review, update, amend, renew, or modify this Information Text and its methods of processing personal data. In the event of any updates, the revised Information Text and policies will be published on the website https://www.erdemuhendislik.com/tr. The updated terms will come into effect on the date of publication.
